Harnesses

Agent-runtime registry. Each harness is an endpoint the dispatcher can POST a code_run to (OpenClaw profile gateway, Hermes, or any OpenAI-compatible chat/completions service). Per-user assignments below replace the env-baked OPENCLAW_USER_PROFILES map. Tokens are Fernet-encrypted at rest.
